For example, we were contacted by an O.E.M. that had been declined by several other stamping businesses. The customer had almost lost all hope for producing these extremely crucial and intricate components. After initial examination and strong determination, we accepted the challenge. Stamped from .001 in. thick stainless steel, our concept called for a series of complex punching, forming, and crimping operations. Through expert design, engineering, and tooling concepts, the components were completed on time, within budget, and are still being produced today. |
